After your first payment, we receive a notification that an order has been placed. Shortly after your order, you will receive an email from us requesting you to provide the required documents. As soon as you have provided the details, we will draw up the service agreement and send it to you. If you provide the necessary details on the same day, we will provide you with a service agreement within the stipulated 24 hours. The speed also depends on how quickly you provide your details, so have them at hand for a smooth processing.
Virtual office providers must know who their customers are. This means we must implement a thorough Know Your Customer process that verifies the identity of the customer. This applies to both the business owner and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) within the company.

Yes, you can. The Virtual Office address can also be used for your KvK Visiting Address and Post Address.
At least weekly, but most likely the same day, you will receive a picture of the outside of the letter or package. You then reply how you would like it to be handled. Opened and scanned, shredded, or forwarded. You only pay for the additional cost of postage if you want it forwarded, which we quote prior to sending.
